Law360, New York (October 05, 2011, 2:53 PM ET) -- Four health care product wholesalers sought the dismissal Tuesday of a New Jersey suit brought by Verizon Wireless and OnStar LLC alleging they hired a telemarketer to make unsolicited robocalls on their behalf, arguing the telecommunications giants lacked standing.
The suit, filed in federal court, targets discount health care product company American Health Care Management Inc. and wholesale contractors Wilcrest Health Care Management Inc., Beech Healthcare Inc., AKXKA Plan Healthcare Inc. and Sweetwater Healthcare Inc., which enroll consumers into memberships for AHCM's products.
