High Court Grills US Over Challenge To Clergy Exemption

Law360, New York (October 05, 2011, 8:59 PM ET) -- The U.S. government found little support at the U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday for its effort to squash a 40-year-old doctrine developed by the lower courts that blocks clergy members from filing employment suits against the religious organizations for which they work.
