Law360, New York (October 05, 2011, 10:21 PM ET) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Tuesday refused to reconsider her decision preventing Specialty Products Holding Corp. from obtaining discovery from asbestos claims trusts, saying the data the bankrupt chemical products company was seeking was irrelevant to its liability calculations.
