Krill Oil Extractor Neptune Sues Rivals Over New Patent

Law360, New York (October 06, 2011, 3:32 PM ET) -- Neptune Technologies & Bioressources Inc., a company that extracts health supplement oils from Antarctic krill, sued multiple rivals on Tuesday in Delaware, alleging they infringed a newly issued patent for the makeup of its product.
