American Pride Can't Get New Trial In Insurance Row

Law360, New York (October 6, 2011, 6:30 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Thursday refused to grant a new trial to a defunct building company, finding the jury was right to decide that the builder's insurer, Mid-Continent Casualty Co., did not have to indemnify a settlement in an underlying copyright dispute.
