'Think You Can Dance' Idea Theft Claim Headed To Trial

Law360, Los Angeles (October 6, 2011, 7:24 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Thursday ruled that “American Idol” creator Simon Fuller’s company 19 Entertainment Inc. and Dick Clark Productions Inc. must face a trial over allegations they breached an implied contract by stealing the idea for the reality television show “So You Think You Can Dance.”
