Law360, New York (June 22, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Hynix Semiconductor Inc. has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to step in and send an antitrust case brought by Rambus Inc. to an arbitrator in Korea, according to Rambus' general counsel.
Hynix filed its petition asking the U.S. Supreme Court to review its case on June 19, a development that came as Rambus' case against Hynix, Micron Technology Inc. and Samsung Group moves forward in California state court.
