Ex-Banco Santander VP Poached Talent, Clients: Suit

Law360, New York (October 07, 2011, 1:31 PM ET) -- Banco Santander International filed a lawsuit Thursday in Florida federal court claiming the former vice president of its Miami office left to start a competing investment firm and took other executives with him in violation of employment contracts.

Antonio Polegre Sr. took five other executives with him when he founded Dragus Capital in August, the suit claims, violating his fiduciary duty to Banco Santander and contracts he signed as a condition of his employment.
