Google, T-Mobile Defend HTC Phones That Use Apple IP

Law360, New York (October 7, 2011, 3:38 PM EDT) -- Google Inc. and T-Mobile USA Inc. on Thursday urged the U.S. International Trade Commission not to stop the sales of smartphones made by HTC Corp. found to infringe Apple Inc. patents, saying such a move would reduce competition and stunt the smartphone market.
