Law360, New York (October 07, 2011, 6:59 PM ET) -- A West Virginia federal judge refused Friday to toss or transfer a lawsuit in which a group of Duke Energy Corp. subsidiaries have accused Massey Energy Co.'s coal sales unit of costing Duke $18 million by backing out of a coal supply contract.
