Air Force Told To Pay For SAIC Weapons Contract Row

Law360, New York (October 11, 2011, 1:46 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office said Tuesday that it had ordered the Air Force to pay the costs of a weapons contract bid protest filed by Science Applications International Corp. because the challenge was clearly meritorious.

The GAO's decision was made Oct. 3 and released Tuesday.
