Law360, New York (October 11, 2011, 7:17 PM ET) -- Alston & Bird LLP said Monday that it had lured a seasoned intellectual property and international trade litigator from Adduci Mastriani & Schaumberg LLP to head up the firm's Section 337 practice in Washington.
Jamie Underwood, who spent about 4 1/2 years at Adduci Mastriani, will be a partner in Alston & Bird's intellectual property litigation group and spearhead its Section 377 practice, according to the firm. Underwood's first day on the job with Alston & Bird will be Nov. 2, she said Tuesday.
