DOJ, AT&T Fight Google Security Request In Merger Case

Law360, New York (October 12, 2011, 7:36 PM EDT) -- Despite being on opposite sides of a landmark antitrust suit over the proposed merger of AT&T Inc. and T-Mobile USA Inc., the U.S. government and AT&T both argued Tuesday against Google Inc.'s effort to enhance the protection of confidential information it provided in the case as a third party.
