Law360, Los Angeles (October 12, 2011, 6:56 PM ET) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday ordered a Delaware court to issue windshield wiper manufacturer Robert Bosch LLC a permanent injunction against competitor Pylon Manufacturing Corp. in the wake of an April 2010 jury verdict finding Pylon infringed two Bosch patents.
Wednesday’s decision hands a major victory to Bosch, which had appealed a decision by U.S. District Judge Sue L. Robinson in November denying its request for a permanent injunction against Pylon.
