Law360, New York (October 12, 2011, 11:10 PM ET) -- Wham-O Inc. agreed to pay $500,000 on Wednesday to settle claims by bankrupt law firm Heller Ehrman LLP that the toy-maker breached a 2007 agreement by failing to cough up nearly $2.3 million in legal fees.
In addition to the payment, Wham-O also agreed to drop its malpractice claims against Heller Ehrman, according to the settlement agreement filed in the Northern District of California.
