Antitrust Group Urges 8th Circ. To Rehear FTC Drug Suit

Law360, New York (October 13, 2011, 3:26 PM EDT) -- An antitrust advocacy group on Wednesday supported the Federal Trade Commission's contention that Lundbeck Inc. had unlawfully cornered the market on drugs used to treat heart defects in premature babies, saying the Eighth Circuit was wrong to toss the suit.
