Law360, New York (October 13, 2011, 5:24 PM ET) -- Magna International Inc., the largest auto parts maker in North America by sales, said Thursday that it was cooperating with an antitrust investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice into the automobile tooling industry.
According to Aurora, Ontario-based Magna, the DOJ has requested documents related to Magna's various tooling bids, including a program for which a subsidiary of Magna's Cosma International unit was a supplier. No other details of the probe were disclosed.
