Law360, New York (October 13, 2011, 10:03 PM ET) -- Emulex Corp. said Thursday that it had been found partially liable for infringement in a dispute with Broadcom Corp. over patents for high-speed broadband technology, but that the jury deadlocked on four of the six patents-in-suit.
