Law360, New York (October 14, 2011, 5:21 PM ET) -- Sharp Electronics Corp. became the latest company hit with a suit by patent holding company Cascades Computer Innovation LLC on Thursday, with Cascades claiming in Illinois federal court that the company's smartphones infringe a patent related to binary translated code.
