US, EU Agree To Step Up Antitrust Cooperation

Law360, New York (October 14, 2011, 3:24 PM EDT) -- U.S. and European Union antitrust enforcers agreed to increase their cooperation on merger and cartel investigations Friday, 20 years after the two governments first began working together on competition policy.
