EQT Closes New $6.6B Fund Despite Challenging Market

Law360, New York (October 14, 2011, 5:47 PM EDT) -- Swedish private equity firm EQT Partners AB said Friday it had closed new fund EQT VI, hitting a cap of €4.75 billion ($6.6 billion) on demand from existing and new investors around the globe despite what it called a challenging fundraising market.
