Emery Pushes 2nd Circ. For Lockerbie Bombing Case Fees

Law360, New York (October 14, 2011, 3:31 PM ET) -- Emery Celli Brinckerhoff & Abady LLP, which helped secure the $2.7 billion class settlement Libya paid to victims of the 1988 Lockerbie bombing, told the Second Circuit on Friday that it should not have to share its fees with other attorneys who worked on the case.
