AT&T, Cisco Infringed Network Router Patents: Suit

Law360, New York (October 17, 2011, 6:15 PM ET) -- A Texas-based company on Friday accused AT&T Inc., Cisco Systems Inc. and several other communications technology firms of infringing four patents related to network routers.

In three complaints lodged in the Eastern District of Texas, Net Navigation Systems LLC accused the defendants, including Alcatel-Lucent USA Inc. and Huawei Technologies USA Inc. of both direct and indirect infringement. The companies should be permanently barred from selling products and services that infringe its patents, according to the complaint.
