US Dodges UnitedHealth Protest Of $24B Military Contract

Law360, New York (October 14, 2011, 8:26 PM EDT) -- A federal judge sided with the U.S. government Friday in a $23.5 billion dispute with UnitedHealth Group Inc. over a military contract to provide health insurance to troops and veterans in the South that was awarded to UnitedHealth rival Humana Inc.
