Krispy Kreme Set For $39M Private-Backed UK Expansion

Law360, New York (October 17, 2011, 3:20 PM EDT) -- Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corp. said Monday it signed an agreement to expand in the U.K., where operations reportedly will be taken private by the company's top managers and by Alcuin Capital Partners LLP for £25 million ($39 million).
