2nd Circ. Urged To Revive Northwest Age Bias Suit

Law360, New York (October 17, 2011, 1:45 PM EDT) -- A former Northwest Airlines Inc. employee who claims her pension was illegally reduced after she turned 65 asked the Second Circuit on Monday to overturn her loss in an age bias case that could become a class-action-sized headache for the airline.
