Law360, New York (October 17, 2011, 4:28 PM ET) -- Bausch & Lomb Inc. said Monday that it had settled its three-year battle with Lexington Insurance Co. over indemnification stemming from infections linked to the eye health company's ReNu MoistureLoc contact lens solution.
U.S. District Judge Michael A. Telesca dismissed Bausch & Lomb's suit against Lexington in New York federal court with prejudice.
