Law360, New York (October 17, 2011, 5:02 PM ET) -- A senior antitrust and white collar crime partner at Thompson Hine LLP was charged Thursday with tax fraud in Ohio federal court, with prosecutors alleging that he underreported his law firm partnership income by more than $250,000.
Prosecutors filed a criminal information against Leslie Jacobs on Thursday, alleging that the Thompson Hine attorney knowingly inflated his law firm business expense deductions on his federal income tax returns between 2004 and 2007, resulting in a significant understatement of his law firm partnership profits.
