Ex-Deloitte Partner’s Wife Settles SEC Suit For $1M

Law360, New York (October 17, 2011, 7:05 PM EDT) -- Six months after pleading guilty to related criminal charges, the wife of a former Deloitte Tax LLP partner reached a $1 million settlement with the government Monday in a lawsuit alleging she and her husband shared confidential information about upcoming mergers with relatives.
