Ceglia Asks For Stay In Facebook Suit After Atty Exits

Law360, New York (October 17, 2011, 7:50 PM EDT) -- Paul Ceglia, a man suing for half-ownership of Facebook Inc., asked a federal court on Monday to stay his case against the social media giant after one of his attorneys withdrew amidst allegations that Ceglia directed him to ignore a court order.

Ceglia asked the court to temporarily halt proceedings for three weeks “in order to allow new counsel to come up to speed with the facts and proceedings of this case,” according to his motion.
