Law360, New York (October 18, 2011, 5:47 PM ET) -- Patent-holding company Round Rock Research LLC launched attacks against Dell Inc., Asustek Computer Inc. and Acer Inc. in Delaware on Friday, accusing them of infringing multiple technology patents.
The three lawsuits allege that the defendants have continued to infringe Round Rock's patents relating to computer memory, connection and wireless technology; integrated circuits; image sensors; and liquid crystal display technology, even after being notified about the alleged infringement.
