Informant Details Role In Organizing Gabon FCPA Sting

Law360, Washington (October 18, 2011, 7:32 PM EDT) -- The government’s cooperating witness in the trial of six military equipment industry executives accused of attempting to bribe Gabonese officials to win contracts told a Washington federal jury Tuesday of his involvement in the FBI sting operation that brought the defendants down.
