Graphics Co. PGC Says Ex-Boss' Abuses Cost It $4M

Law360, New York (October 19, 2011, 5:08 PM EDT) -- PGC Imagine Graphics LLC sued its former president in Illinois state court Tuesday, claiming he cost the company more than $4 million by working to personally acquire a competitor while on the job and trying to sway colleagues to jump ship with him.

Niles, Ill.-based PGC says Norman Friedman betrayed the company before he stepped down as president, and also accuses the former executive of grossly mishandling its business, leaving the company more than $2 million in debt.
