Law360, New York (October 19, 2011, 7:42 PM ET) -- The Farmers Insurance Exchange on Wednesday in Minnesota settled with a putative class of investigators who alleged the exchange misclassified them to avoid paying overtime wages.
U.S. District Judge John R. Tunheim signed off on a joint motion filed by the plaintiffs and the exchange, and dismissed the plaintiffs' claims with prejudice. The terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
