Law360, San Diego (October 19, 2011, 10:03 PM ET) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge signed off Wednesday on a bid by the Los Angeles Dodgers and other parties for a protective order in the case after they asserted that discovery would likely include sensitive confidential information related to a broadcasting contract.
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Kevin Gross approved the protective order stipulation proposed by the baseball team, Major League Baseball, the unsecured creditors committee and a Fox Sports Net Inc. unit, finding that good and adequate cause existed.
