Railway Co. Settles With Crash Victim's Family For $36M

Law360, New York (October 19, 2011, 10:22 PM EDT) -- Canadian National Railway Co. will pay $36 million to settle negligence claims by the family of a woman who was killed in the 2009 derailment of a train carrying ethanol in Rockford, Ill., lawyers announced Tuesday.
