Law360, New York (October 20, 2011, 8:06 PM ET) -- Visio Light Inc. agreed on Tuesday to halt U.S. imports of its lighting products in an effort to escape the U.S. International Trade Commission’s investigation into allegations brought by Litepanels Inc. that several companies violated patents covering LED lighting.
In filing an unopposed motion to terminate the agency’s investigation into its imports of LED photographic devices, Visio said it had drafted a proposed consent order under which it pledged to stop all U.S. imports of lighting products that allegedly infringed Litepanels’ patents-in-suit.
