Law360, New York (October 19, 2011, 8:35 PM ET) -- The trustee overseeing the bankrupt law firm of convicted Ponzi schemer Scott Rothstein sued a high-end jewelry store in Florida on Wednesday, seeking to claw back nearly $10 million Rothstein paid the store from 2006 to 2009.
Trustee Herbert Stettin said Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Levinson Jewelers fraudulently received the money from Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler PA, the firm through which Rothstein orchestrated a $1.2 billion Ponzi scheme, according to prosecutors.
