Law360, New York (October 20, 2011, 8:10 PM ET) -- Pennsylvania-based automotive component distributor Keystone Automotive Operations Inc. has bought NTP Distribution Inc., a seller of after-market recreational and towing vehicle parts, with the help of private equity firm Platinum Equity LLC — Keystone's majority owner, the company said Thursday.
The buyers, which are privately held, did not disclose how much the transaction cost Keystone, which operates what it says is a $600 million distribution business in 28 locations in the U.S. and Canada.
