CIT Scrubs Importer's Chinese Furniture Duties Suit

Law360, New York (October 20, 2011, 8:16 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade on Thursday tossed a suit claiming federal trade and customs officials unlawfully excluded Furniture Brands International Inc. from receiving distributed duties on Chinese wooden bedroom sets.
