Law360, New York (October 21, 2011, 6:58 PM ET) -- Wellogix Inc. on Friday accepted a $50 million reduction from a $94.4 million jury verdict it won against Accenture LLP, which the software company accused of reneging on a joint marketing deal in a contract and trade secrets suit in Texas.
