James Remenick Leaves Morrison & Foerster, Joins Powell Goldstein

Law360, New York (January 6, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- James Remenick has left Morrison & Foerster LLP to become a partner in Powell Goldstein LLP’s intellectual property and biotech practices in Washington, DC.

“Jim is a recognized leader in the IP legal community and will significantly enhance our IP efforts in Washington, particularly in the biotechnology area,” said Alan K. Parver, managing partner of the Firm’s Washington office, in a statement.

Remenick’s practice involves all aspects of intellectual property protection and enforcement including litigation, prosecution, licensing, opinions, consulting and counseling, the firm said.
