EU High Court Tosses €23M Solvay Antitrust Fine Again

Law360, New York (October 25, 2011, 1:54 PM EDT) -- The European Union's highest court on Tuesday overturned €23 million ($32 million) in antitrust fines against Solvay SA for the second time, ruling that the loss of several files in the long-running soda ash cases violated the chemical company's defense rights.
