Ogletree Must Turn Over Billing Docs In Ariz. County Suit

Law360, New York (October 25, 2011, 8:15 PM EDT) -- An Arizona judge on Friday ordered employment law firm Ogletree Deakins Nash Smoak & Stewart PC to hand over nonprivileged billing records for services to Maricopa County, the latest development in a yearlong battle over $1.1 million in disputed charges.

The county had demanded an audit of the firm's legal services for the fees at issue, which the firm refused to comply with, according to the county's attorneys.
