Law360, New York (October 26, 2011, 2:29 PM EDT) -- A Tennessee federal judge on Tuesday refused to let Travelers Indemnity Co. off the hook for coverage of more than 50 tort lawsuits alleging injury from exposure to benzene contained in W.M. Barr & Co. Inc.'s products.
