Law360, New York (October 25, 2011, 6:20 PM ET) -- Patent-holding company Klausner Technologies Inc. on Tuesday slapped 31 defendants, including Oracle Corp., Hewlett-Packard Co. and EarthLink Inc., with a patent suit in Texas, accusing them of infringing a visual voice mail patent.
Klausner's complaint, filed in Texas federal court, asked for unspecified damages and an injunction barring the defendants from infringing the patent-in-suit. Tuesday's case is the latest in a series of suits Klausner has lodged against numerous companies, including Google Inc., Motorola Inc. and Siemens AG, to protect its visual voice mail IP....
