Swedish Forest Products Co. To Buy Aluminum Network

Law360, New York (October 26, 2011, 3:19 PM EDT) -- Swedish natural resource marketer CellMark will buy the raw material sourcing and sales arm of aluminum product developer Constellium, owned by affiliates of private equity firm Apollo Global Management, in an effort to expand its existing paper, pulp, energy and machinery operations, the company announced Wednesday.
