ACLU Seeks US Docs Over Patriot Act Privacy Concerns

Law360, New York (October 26, 2011, 7:01 PM EDT) -- The American Civil Liberties Union sued the government Wednesday in New York federal court, seeking a response to its Freedom of Information Act request for records pertaining to the U.S.' "secret" interpretation of a Patriot Act provision that allegedly raises privacy concerns.
