4th Circ. Refuses To Bar Alleged 'Fallout' Game Copycat

Law360, New York (October 26, 2011, 7:38 PM EDT) -- The Fourth Circuit on Wednesday refused to grant Bethesda Softworks LLC a preliminary injunction in its long-running copyright battle with Interplay Entertainment Corp. over the lucrative “Fallout” video game series.

The unpublished, per curiam opinion affirms a lower court ruling in August denying the injunction request.
