Massey Security Head Lied To FBI After Explosion: Jury

Law360, New York (October 26, 2011, 8:47 PM EDT) -- A federal jury on Wednesday convicted a Massey Energy Co. affiliate's security chief of lying to federal investigators and obstructing their probe of the deadly Upper Big Branch mine explosion that killed 29 miners in West Virginia, according to prosecutors.
